There are three different types of Spousal Support: "Transitional Spousal Support," "Spousal Maintenance Spousal Support," and "Compensatory Spousal Support." Income of the parties, health of the parties, assets, and length of marriage are some of the factors that Gregory B. Soriano analyzes while advising you on spousal support issues. Child Support

Gregory B. Soriano can calculate the presumed amount of child support you will pay or receive from the other party by preparing a "child support calculation." Some factors included in the child support calculation are monthly income of the parties, how much child care costs range per month, and number of overnights you have each year with your children. There may be other factors which affect the child support calculation, including, child support rebuttals, such as transportation costs, non-joint children, health care insurance costs, spousal support, and unreimbursed health care expenses. Modification of Custody, Parenting Time, Child Support, and Spousal Support

After you have been through a Dissolution/Divorce there may be issues in the future that need to be revisited by the Court or modified. Child Custody, Parenting Time, Child Support, and Spousal Support can be modified after your initial Judgment of Dissolution (Divorce) is final. Contact Gregory B.
