A staff member of Soriano and Associates will follow up with you before the end of the next business day. Please feel free to contact our office at (503) 296-1390, to check the status of your intake form. Our staff will take some additional basic information from you, if necessary, and schedule you for an appointment. Consultations generally last approximately 1 to 1.5 hours and are billed at a flat rate of $300, which is due at the time of the consultation with Mr. Soriano.
If you wish to retain Soriano and Associates as your legal counsel, a mandatory retainer fee will apply which will be determined by the attorney based on the difficulty and complexity of your case. The retainer and any court costs or fees associated with your case are due before any legal work can begin.
